Timberlake fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Kellogg on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 56-48 to the Wildcats. On the bright side, the 48- point effort marked the Tigers' highest-scoring match to date.

Ryker Brennan threw for 80 yards and one touchdown on only six passes.

Kellogg was led to victory by Porter Lewis and Andrew Lewis. Porter threw for 309 yards and six TDs while completing 80.4% of his passes, while Andrew gained 125 total yards and three touchdowns.

Timberlake's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Kellogg, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Timberlake will face off against St. Maries at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
