Preview: Mid-Moore Christian Tornados vs. Family of Faith Christian Warriors
Mid-Moore Christian has been on the road for two straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Family of Faith Christian Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Mid-Moore Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season. They took their match on the road on Friday with ease, bagging a 78-28 win over Varsity Opponent.
Mid-Moore Christian's success was spearheaded by the efforts of L. Brucci, who scored 18 points, and C. Moore, who scored 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of N. Herhold, who scored 7 points.
Meanwhile, Family of Faith Christian didn't have too much trouble with Trinity on the road two weeks ago as they won 52-38. The win was just what Family of Faith Christian needed coming off of a 62-38 defeat in their prior matchup.
Mid-Moore Christian's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.5 points per game. As for Family of Faith Christian, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
