There's no place like home for Waller, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 57-41 win over the Cypress Park Tigers on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 55-50 back in January.

Waller's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hailey Angelo-Miller, who posted eight points along with eight rebounds and seven steals. What's more, Angelo-Miller also racked up two blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Trinity Prince was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten boards.

Waller smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 28 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in eight consecutive matches.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Hidayah Data, who scored nine points and three steals. Data has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Square, who put up ten points.

Waller's victory bumped their record up to 16-17. As for Cypress Park, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-23.

As of now, neither Waller nor Cypress Park have any future games scheduled.
