Basketball Recap: Freeport Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

Freeport extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Paityn London. The Freeport Pretzels blew past the Belvidere North Blue Thunder 68-38 on Tuesday thanks in part to London, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and 12 boards. Her evening made it 18 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Keagan Huggins, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's played.

Freeport is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.
