It was a good run, but Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 32-20 to the Academy for Classical Education Gryphons. The matchup marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Academy for Classical Education's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Khloie Stanley, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Stanley a new career-high in boards. Another player making a difference was Sara Rhett Farmer, who posted six points.

Central's loss ended a 14-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 14-4. As for Academy for Classical Education, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-2.
