Football Recap: All Saints Episcopal Starts off Right with Win over West Hardin

All Saints Episcopal took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the West Hardin Oilers to the tune of 46-12. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Trojans just coasted through the last quarter.

Emerson Hadnot went supernova, rushing for 84 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries. John Tomkins made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

All Saints Episcopal didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Clay Mizer, Sawyer Buske, and Tomkins picked up one apiece. Tomkins got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. All Saints Episcopal will host Detroit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Hardin, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Kountze at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
