Tri-Village had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Twin Valley South on Tuesday. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Gabby Kirby paced Tri-Village's offense, picking up 17 kills. Kirby got some help from Zoe Ayette and her 26 assists. Mylee Bierly controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Tri-Village's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Twin Valley South, they dropped their record down to 3-3 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
