Soccer Game Preview: Bishop Amat vs. St. John Bosco

The Bishop Amat Lancers will challenge the St. John Bosco Braves at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Bishop Amat is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Edgewood just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Thursday. They and the Lions finished up their game with a 1-1 draw. The result kept the Lancers happy, as they haven't lost a game yet this season.

Their goal came courtesy of Angelo Cusaro, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, St. John Bosco played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Schurr.

With that draw, Bishop Amat's record moves to 6-0-2. Meanwhile, St. John Bosco's record is now 3-1-3.
