Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Valley Heights). They really took it to the Onaga Buffaloes for the full four quarters, racking up a 76-32 win. With the Mustangs ahead 51-16 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Onaga lost on Friday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Abbie Ringel, who posted eight points. She is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played. Addison Dechant was another key player, putting up six points and four steals.

Valley Heights has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points over those games. Onaga has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Valley Heights does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Onaga, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-43 victory against Rural Vista [Hope/White City] on the 24th.
