It's playoff time, and Sumrall had no trouble coming through when it counted. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lafayette Commodores 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Bobcats sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Sumrall wouldn't go down easily and took Lafayette into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-13, 20-25, 22-25, 15-13.

Sumrall's record now sits at 28-5. As for Lafayette, they moved to 16-20 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Sumrall nor the Commodores have any future games scheduled.
