Lewisville lost to Permian back in August of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Farmers came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Destyni White paced Lewisville's offense, picking up nine kills. White got some help from Maddi Fennell and her 13 assists. Sofia Guzman controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lewisville's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Permian, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Coming up, Lewisville will face off against Ryan at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Farmers are facing the Raiders at the right time seeing as the Raiders are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Permian, they will square off against Keller Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
