Volleyball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

The Centennial Huskies came up short against the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Centennial was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-17, 25-21.

Asia Udo-Ema paced Centennial's offense, picking up 11 kills. Udo-Ema got some help from Londyn Neal and her 24 assists.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Harvard-Westlake, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Centennial has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Temescal Canyon on the 18th. As for Harvard-Westlake, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Etiwanda on the 16th.
