NBA All-Star Weekend 2013 is upon us, and the festivities kick off tonight with the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge. The Taco Bell Skills Challenge, Foot Locker Three-Point Contest and Sprite Slam Dunk Contest will take place on Saturday night, with the All-Star Game to follow on Sunday.
