            There's no place like home for West Deptford, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Friday. They came out on top against the Annapolis Panthers by a score of  6-2  on Saturday.

 Cole McKenna made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. Those  12  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box,  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. He has become a key player for West Deptford: the team is undefeated when he posts  at  least  two  runs, but 2-3 otherwise.
 McKenna wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Landon Delaney, who  went 2-for-3 with one  double and one  RBI.  Caleb Delaney was another,  going 1-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
West Deptford's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Annapolis, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
 Looking ahead, West Deptford will venture away from home to  take on Gloucester City  at 10:00  a.m.  on Tuesday. As for Annapolis, they will host Northeast  at 4:45  p.m.  on Tuesday.
