Softball Recap: Wilson Hall Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After only two runs in their last game, Wilson Hall made sure to put some runs up on the board against Orangeburg Prep on Monday. The Barons came out on top against the Indians by a score of 12-7. This was a revenge game for the Barons: when they faced off against the Indians on April 2nd, they had to take a 11-8 defeat.

Wilson Hall's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8. As for Orangeburg Prep, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-8.

Coming up, Wilson Hall will welcome Laurence Manning Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Barons will need to watch out since the Swampcats have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matches. As for Orangeburg Prep, they will head out to challenge Colleton Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
