Basketball Recap: Rotan Comes Up Short

Rotan won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the Aspermont Hornets and fell 56-26. The loss continues a trend for the Yellowhammers in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now lost nine in a row.

Rotan's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Aspermont, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-6.

Rotan will head out on the road to challenge Munday at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Aspermont does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
