Volleyball Recap: Manokotak Takes a Loss

Manokotak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Chief Ivan Blunka Eagles. The Lynx were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Manokotak was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23.

Manokotak now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Chief Ivan Blunka, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

As of now, neither Manokotak nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
