Baseball Recap: Pomperaug Panthers vs. Weston Trojans
Pomperaug lost to Weston back in April of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Panthers skirted past the Trojans 5-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Brandon Schussler was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits. Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
