Crimson Cliffs is a perfect 10-0 against Cedar since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Reds at 7:00 p.m. Crimson Cliffs will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Crimson Cliffs came out on top against Hurricane on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run third inning. The Mustangs took their contest against the Tigers 6-1.

QUINN CHESNIK spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up nine Ks. Those nine strikeouts set a new season-high mark for him.
On the hitting side, CUTTER CHRISTENSEN was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March. JACE HAGUEWOOD was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and one run.
Crimson Cliffs always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .528. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hurricane only posted an OBP of .200.
Meanwhile, Cedar lost a heartbreaker to Crimson Cliffs when they met back in April of 2025, and they left with a heavy heart again on Wednesday. The Reds came up short against the Mustangs, falling 13-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Reds have suffered since March 14th.
Cedar saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kian Carroll, who went 1-for-3 with one run. Another was Colton Johnson, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Crimson Cliffs' victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Cedar, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.
Crimson Cliffs got the 'W' in their previous meeting on Wednesday against Cedar by a conclusive 13-3 score. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Reds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
