Volleyball Recap: Horizon Honors' Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Horizon Honors can bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They came out on top against the Cesar Chavez Champions by a score of 2-0.

Horizon Honors' offense was headlined by Jaila Housh and Jillian Housh, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Harper Vanderwall and her ten assists. Makayla Aaron controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Horizon Honors' victory bumped their record up to 5-16. As for Cesar Chavez, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.

Horizon Honors has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Odyssey Institute on the 20th. As for Cesar Chavez, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Maryvale on the 23rd.
