Central Mountain extended their winning streak to 11 on Monday, bumping their season record up to 13-1 in the process. They blew past the Mifflin County Huskies 12-4. Considering the Wildcats have won nine matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Mifflin County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12-1 record this season. Their loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

For Mifflin County's part, Ava Baker made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Mountain will square off against State College at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats are facing the Little Lions at the right time seeing as the Little Lions are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Mifflin County, they will welcome Mechanicsburg at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
