There's no place like home for Elida, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Wapakoneta Redskins with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday. The Bulldogs were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Redskins, so the Bulldogs were just returning the favor.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-22, 25-22.

Abby Kristoff paced Elida's offense, picking up 17 kills. Kristoff got some help from Addy Sneary and her 24 assists. Sneary was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Elida's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Wapakoneta, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Elida has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Findlay on the 4th. As for Wapakoneta, they will take on Crestview at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
