Basketball Recap: Miller Grove Takes a Loss

After flying high against Campbell last Saturday, Miller Grove came back down to earth. The Miller Grove Hornets were dealt a 56-24 loss at the hands of the Dodd City Hornets on Tuesday. Miller Grove was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-8.

Miller Grove will face off against Savoy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Savoy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Miller Grove surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dodd City, they will take on Ector at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Dodd City has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 182 points over their last three matchups.
