Softball Recap: Lake City Comes Up Short

Lake City lost against Wabasha-Kellogg back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers fell 10-6 to the Falcons. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Lake City has already played their next matchup (against Plainview-Elgin-Millville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, they will take on Hayfield at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
