Basketball Recap: Tularosa Comes Up Short

Tularosa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 37-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jemez Valley Warrior.

Tularosa's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Jemez Valley, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Tularosa and West Las Vegas will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Jemez Valley, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Wingate at 1:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
