Volleyball Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Greenbrier East Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-21.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13-2. As for Greenbrier East, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-17-4.

Princeton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Wyoming East on the 22nd. As for Greenbrier East, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Shady Spring on the 23rd.
