Basketball Recap: Bucktail Takes a Loss

Bucktail lost against South Williamsport back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bucktail Bucks took a 69-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Williamsport Mountaineers. The Bucks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bucktail's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for South Williamsport, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Bucktail will be home for the holidays to greet Neumann Regional Academy at 2:30 p.m. on December 21st. As for South Williamsport, they will venture away from home to take on Warrior Run at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Warrior Run knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully South Williamsport likes a good challenge.
