Soccer Game Preview: West Harrison vs. Pass Christian

The West Harrison Hurricanes will face off against the Pass Christian Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Harrison's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for ten straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

West Harrison came up short against George County on Saturday, falling 6-1. While losing is never fun, the Hurricanes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi soccer rankings (they are ranked 120th, while the Rebels are ranked 21st).

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, Pass Christian was a bit more limited in their match last Friday. They lost 4-1 to Bay. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Pass Christian's goal came courtesy of Peyton Ladner, who's now up to eight this season.

Pass Christian's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6-1. As for West Harrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8-2.
