Basketball Game Preview: Cedarville Indians vs. Greenon Knights

Cedarville and Greenon are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2017, but not for long. The Cedarville Indians will welcome the Greenon Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Wednesday, in a tight match that could have gone either way, Cedarville made off with a 45-44 victory over Madison Plains.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Greenon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Catholic Central 62-16. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 26 points or more this season.

Greenon has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points per game. As for Cedarville, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
