Soccer Game Preview: Spanish Fork vs. Copper Hills

The Spanish Fork Dons will challenge the Copper Hills Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Spanish Fork took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Provo a 1-0 shutout. Spanish Fork haven't had any issues with Provo recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Copper Hills made easy work of Murray on Thursday and carried off an 8-0 victory.

The Grizzlies' offense was hitting the Spartans from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Josephine Cannon led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Copper Hills' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Spanish Fork, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
