Football Game Preview: Heavener Wolves vs. Prague Red Devils

The Heavener Wolves will head out on the road to face off against the Prague Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Prague took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Heavener, who comes in off a win.

Heavener is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Hugo: they outscored them in every quarter. The Wolves walked away with a 35-24 victory over the Buffaloes on Friday. The Wolves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 58-6, which was the final score in Prague's tilt against Bethel on Friday.

Heavener's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Prague, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Everything came up roses for Heavener against Prague when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 37-6 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
