Baseball Game Preview: Whittier Cardinals vs. California Condors

Whittier hasn't had much luck against California recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Cardinals will host the Condors at 3:15 p.m. Neither Whittier nor California posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Whittier is headed into Wednesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Friday. They came up short against Santa Fe, falling 16-0.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for California, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They never let La Serna get on the board and left with a 2-0 win on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
