Northern Adirondack has gone 10-0 against Peru recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Northern Adirondack Bobcats will venture away from home to square off against the Peru Nighthawks at 7:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Last Saturday, Northern Adirondack didn't have quite enough to beat Chateaugay and fell 57-54. That's two games in a row now that the Bobcats have lost by exactly three points.

Meanwhile, Peru was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Franklin Academy 62-30. While losing is never fun, the Nighthawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 566th, while the Huskies are ranked 275th).

Peru's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Northern Adirondack, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Northern Adirondack against Peru in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 70-43 win. Will Northern Adirondack repeat their success, or does Peru have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
