Basketball Recap: Ashe County Comes Up Short

Ashe County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 66-45 to the Freedom Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, with their most recent defeat being a 64-62 loss last Friday.

Ashe County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Freedom, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Ashe County nor Freedom have any future games scheduled.
