Football Recap: Biggs Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Biggs and Maxwell squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Biggs had to settle for second. They took a 17-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. Having soared to a lofty 33 points in the game before, the Wolverines couldn't push the score so high this time.

Skyler Long threw for 87 yards on six of 14 attempts.

Biggs' loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Maxwell, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Biggs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Maxwell, they will square off against Redding Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lions' defense has only allowed 7.2 points per game this season, so the Panthers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
