Basketball Game Preview: Sutton Sammies vs. Blackstone-Millville Chargers

Sutton is 9-1 against Blackstone-Millville since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Sutton Sammies will square off against the Blackstone-Millville Chargers at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Sutton was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 62-56 to Northbridge.

Meanwhile, Blackstone-Millville was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 53-47 to Keefe Tech.

Blackstone-Millville's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Sutton, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Sutton couldn't quite finish off Blackstone-Millville in their previous meeting back in January and fell 47-45. Can Sutton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
