Volleyball Game Preview: Smith Vo-Tech Vikings vs. South Shore Vo-Tech Vikings

Smith Vo-Tech will head out to face off against South Shore Vo-Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Smith Vo-Tech took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. Everything went their way against Norfolk County Agricultural as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, South Shore Vo-Tech made easy work of Bristol County Agricultural on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 win. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Chieftains recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

South Shore Vo-Tech found their leader in freshman Luca Torrey, who had 14 digs. Torrey has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Smith Vo-Tech's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for South Shore Vo-Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2.
