Softball Recap: Headland Comes Up Short

Headland lost against Opp back in April of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rams fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 2-1. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Headland's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Opp, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Headland has already played their next contest, a 14-5 defeat against Dothan on the 8th. As for Opp, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-2 win against Carroll on the 8th.
