Volleyball Recap: Chase Starts Season with Defeat at Home + How To Watch

Chase unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Burns Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

While Chase was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22, 25-15.

Chase has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against T.C. Roberson on the 15th. As for Burns, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Stuart W. Cramer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Bulldogs' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
