While Malden's win against Oran wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Green Wave won by a set and slipped past the Eagles 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Green Wave as they're now sitting on four straight.

Malden had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-16, 25-11.

Malden's win bumped their record up to 8-1-3. As for Oran, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-4.

Malden didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Bloomfield on the 13th. As for Oran, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Risco on the 13th.
