Jabari Parker may be the most accomplished 16-year-old basketball player in the world.

After winning back-to-back Class 4A state championships at Simeon (Chicago, Ill.) as a freshman and sophomore, the 6-foot-7, 220-pound wing-forward took his game to the international stage earlier this summer. Parker averaged 15.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game en route to MVP honors at the FIBA Americas U16 Championship last month in Mexico, helping the United States come home with the gold.

Parker's incredible run continues with today's release of the MaxPreps Class of 2013 Top 100 as he debuts at No. 1. With talents like Julius Randle, Nerlens Noel, Aaron Gordon and Andrew Harrison rounding out the top five, staying in that spot could prove to be Parker's biggest achievement.

Randle, a 6-9, 240-pound post player, averaged over 24 points and 12 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Prestonwood Christian (Plano, Texas). The lefty is a unique and explosive athlete in the paint.

Playing in the prep school ranks, Noel doesn't have the impressive high school resume that some of his peers do but is a game-changing defensive presence. The Everett, Mass., native was taped at nearly 7-feet at the Amar'e Stoudemire Skills Academy last week to go along with a 7-3 wingspan.

Gordon led Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, Calif.) to a state title in March and – like Parker – was dominant at the FIBA Americas U16 Championship, posting team-leading totals of 17.0 points and 11.2 rebounds per game.

Oversized point guard Andrew Harrison joins twin brother Aaron (No. 10) in the backcourt at Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, Texas) and for the Houston Defenders club team. The Harrisons join Californians Tyree (No. 25) and Tyrell Robinson (No. 95) to give the Class of 2013 Top 100 two sets of identical twins.
