Basketball Game Preview: Coastal Brigade vs. Gramercy Christian Warriors

Coastal Brigade will head out on the road to face off against the Gramercy Christian Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Coastal Brigade will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

While Coastal Brigade didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They put the hurt on Mount Calvary Christian Academy with a sharp 67-42 victory on Saturday. Coastal Brigade has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Gramercy Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 53-48 to Greenville Christian Academy.

Coastal Brigade's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Gramercy Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coastal Brigade ended up a good deal behind Gramercy Christian in their previous matchup back in January, losing 57-42. Thankfully for Coastal Brigade, Diego De Hoyos (who went 9-for-15 en route to 21 points along with five boards and three steals) won't be suiting up this time.
