Basketball Game Preview: Rogers Heritage War Eagles vs. Springdale Bulldogs

The Rogers Heritage War Eagles will square off against the Springdale Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rogers Heritage has now lost 16 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 5.

Last Wednesday, Rogers Heritage was beaten by Bentonville 80-38. While losing is never fun, the War Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 159th, while the Tigers are ranked 26th).

Meanwhile, Springdale made easy work of Rogers on Friday and carried off a 73-49 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 24 points or more this season.

Springdale has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for Rogers Heritage, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-20.
