University School of Jackson managed to slip by Westview the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bruins lost 13-4 to the Chargers on Tuesday. The Bruins' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

University School of Jackson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nash Kilburn, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Ethan Lee also deserves some recognition as he got his first hits of the season.

University School of Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Westview, their victory bumped their record up to 16-3.

Looking ahead, University School of Jackson will head out to face off against Union City at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Westview, they will take on McKenzie at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Chargers will need to watch out since the Rebels have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matches.
