Basketball Recap: Boling Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Victory

Boling had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.7 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bay City Blackcats, sneaking past 54-52. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since November 25th.

Boling's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Bay City, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Van Vleck the next time they take the court. Bay City will head out to face Van Vleck at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Boling will head out to face them at 10:45 a.m. on Friday.
