Basketball Recap: Clements Takes a Loss

Clements was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 63-48 bruising from the St. John Paul II Falcons. The Colts were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Clements' loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for St. John Paul II, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8.

Clements has already played their next matchup (against Lindsay Lane Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for St. John Paul II, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Rogers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will be up against the Pirates' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.07 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
