Jasper has gone a perfect 3-0 against Good Hope recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Vikings will challenge the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. Jasper's hitters haven't had much luck over their past four games, but Monday's matchup will give them a chance to turn things around.

Jasper's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Northside 1-0. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Vikings as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Not much got past Bryleigh Butler, who gave up just a hit to keep Northside off the board. Butler has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Meanwhile, Good Hope didn't have quite enough to beat East Lawrence on Friday and fell 2-1.

Good Hope's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Jasper, their win bumped their record up to 19-15.

Jasper beat Good Hope 4-0 when the teams last played back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
