Softball Recap: Centennial Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Centennial proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Beckman Patriots 6-4. The victory was familiar territory for the Huskies, who have now won three games in a row.

Centennial's record now sits at 4-2. As for Beckman, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Centennial will challenge Etiwanda at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Beckman, they will take on Norwalk at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Beckman's pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so Norwalk's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
