Basketball Recap: Panguitch Extends Road Winning Streak to 15

Panguitch entered their tilt with Wayne on Friday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Wayne Badgers with a sharp 70-45 win. With the Bobcats ahead 41-19 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Panguitch to victory, but perhaps none more so than Maddix Johnson, who went 6 of 9 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and five boards. Remme Chappell was another key player, going 6 for 9 on his way to 16 points and seven rebounds.

Panguitch was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wayne only racked up eight assists.

Wayne's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hunter Robins, who went 7 of 12 en route to 18 points. Those 18 points gave Robins a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brayden Lee, who posted 12 points and five boards.
