Recap: Valley Vikings vs. D'Evelyn Jaguars
If The Valley Vikings were feeling good off their 48-24 takedown of the Bennett Tigers last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Valley took a hard 33-14 fall against D'Evelyn on Friday. Valley lost against D'Evelyn in their previous head to head back in October of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 33-0 score last time.
Julian Ramirez and Devon Dietz certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Ramirez rushed for 62 yards and a touchdown, while Dietz rushed for 89 yards.
D'Evelyn can attribute much of their success to Kevyn Feldon, who threw for 322 yards and four touchdowns. D'Evelyn also got help from Brad Fuller who showed off his sure hands for 170 receiving yards.
Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for D'Evelyn, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. D'Evelyn also has no future games currently scheduled.
